Shipping Policy

GlamGram NYC ships from Westport, Connecticut.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Domestic Shipping

We ship within the United States via USPS with tracking. Shipping is free on orders over $75; a flat rate applies on orders under $75.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Estimated Delivery

Standard U.S. delivery generally takes 3 to 5 business days after the order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to USPS delays, weather, holidays or other carrier issues.

Packaging

Each item is carefully wrapped in tissue and packed in a small box to help protect it during shipping.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delivery timing is handled by the carrier.

International Shipping
