GlamGram NYC ships from Westport, Connecticut.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard domestic shipping within the United States via USPS with tracking.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Estimated Delivery

Standard U.S. delivery generally takes 3 to 5 business days after the order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to USPS delays, weather, holidays or other carrier issues.

Packaging

Each item is carefully wrapped in tissue and packed in a small box to help protect it during shipping.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delivery timing is handled by the carrier. If your package appears lost or delayed, contact us at glamgram@gmail.com and we will help you review the tracking information.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at glamgram@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in a piece, email glamgram@gmail.com before purchasing to discuss shipping options.
