Processing
Orders ship within 5 business days. You'll get a tracking email when it's on its way.

Shipping
Domestic orders ship via USPS (typically 2–7 days). Free US shipping on jewelry orders over $75. We ship internationally to most countries — choose a tracked service at checkout. International delivery runs 7–21 days; USPS First Class International is not tracked once it leaves the US, Priority International is fully tracked.

Customs & duties on international orders are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in the item or shipping cost.

Lost, stolen & insurance
We're not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, but email us and we'll help where we can. Orders over $100 ship insured; orders over $500 require signature confirmation. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Returns
Because every piece is vintage, pre-owned, or one-of-a-kind, all sales are final — no returns, exchanges, or refunds. If your item arrives damaged in transit, email hello@glamgram.com within 48 hours with photos so we can help you file a claim with the carrier (orders over $100 ship insured). Please review all photos and the full description before purchasing.

Our jewelry
We carry genuine vintage pieces (pre-loved, with age-consistent character — any condition issues affecting wear are noted) and handmade pieces using vintage sterling charms. Not reproductions.

Jewelry care
Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising; avoid perfumes, lotions, and chemicals; store pieces separately; polish silver gently with a soft cloth. Opals and pearls are especially delicate.

Payment
We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Discount codes must be applied at checkout.
