Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days from the time the order is received. A confirmation email with your shipment tracking will be sent when your order has shipped.

Shipping
Domestic Shipping: Orders ship via USPS. Delivery typically takes 2-7 days depending on service selected. Exceptions may occur due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping: We ship internationally to most countries. We highly recommend international shoppers select a tracked shipping service at checkout.

USPS First Class International: 7-21 days delivery. Note: There is NO tracking once the parcel leaves the United States.
USPS Priority International: 7-10 days delivery, fully tracked to final destination.
Once your order is dropped off with the mail courier, it is out of our hands. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and give it an extra day as packages are sometimes scanned early by error.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. However, we want to help find a resolution—please email us and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Customs & Duties: All international packages are subject to customs, duties, taxes, and any additional fees required by your country. These fees are paid by the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for packages lost or held by customs.

Insurance: Orders over $100 are shipped with insurance. For orders over $500, signature confirmation is required.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be approved via email before they are shipped back. Unauthorized packages returned to us without approval will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds. All approved returns will be issued store credit.

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to contact us if you would like to return or exchange your order. After your return is approved via email, we will provide return instructions.

All items must be returned in their original condition.

Vintage Items: Our vintage pieces are pre-loved with beautiful character and history. Please expect age-consistent signs of wear. Any significant conditions affecting wearability are noted in the listing. Unless otherwise stated, all vintage pieces are genuine with unique histories—not reproductions.

Handmade Items: Our handmade jewelry features vintage sterling silver charms on quality rolo chains with modern carabiner clasps. Each piece is individually crafted and one-of-a-kind.

Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising
Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals
Store pieces separately to prevent scratching
Polish sterling silver gently with a soft cloth
Vintage and antique jewelry deserves special care. While these pieces have already stood the test of time, they benefit from gentle handling. Some gemstones like opals and pearls are particularly delicate.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Discounts and promotional codes must be applied at checkout. We cannot apply discounts retroactively after an order is placed.

Each listing clearly indicates whether an item is vintage or handmade. Vintage pieces are dated and identified based on their design, style, materials, maker's marks, and provenance.

Can I request additional photos?
Absolutely! If you'd like to see more angles or details of any piece, just send us a message and we're happy to help.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Each order arrives in a GlamGram NYC gift box, ready for giving.

What currency are your prices in?
All prices are listed in USD.
